‘They were there for me, so I can be there for others’ [with Samantha]
Samantha has experienced healthcare as a patient and as someone who works in the healthcare field. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis [MS] at a young age and currently works as a registration representative in an emergency room. Samantha has a great perspective on what healthcare is like for the patient and also for those who work in healthcare. She talks about how working in healthcare has given her new perspectives on how much it takes to coordinate patient care, especially in the emergency room.
